Used TT through local recommendations for our heating service and was impressed with their product knowledge and friendly approach. Finally needed to replace our 15 year old under-powered 24kw combi. Justin installed a new A-rated 30kw model which has transformed the heating. Very neat and clean work. Highly recommend

Justin was very thorough and punctual. He serviced my boiler and installed a cold water tap for outside. He also repaired another outside tap and fixed a cover that was warped under the boiler . We were very pleased with the work and would not hesitate to recommend or use his services in the future.

Came across Justin and his company by chance but so glad I did . Needed an old gas fire disconnected and a look at our sink in our en-suite that appeared blocked. Justin was quick to reply to my enquiry, very friendly , polite , tidy and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend for all plumbing / gas jobs. We will definitely be contacting him when we next need his services!

Can't fault a thing, very quick turnaround (less then 24 hours) from my initial phone call to, attendance, diagnosis of fault and faulty parts swapped out. Boiler left in full working order. Definitely would use again.

Because of on-going issues over the past 2-years with our water tank heating system low pressure, luke warm radiators we were advised by Justin to replace the system to a new combi boiler. Day 1: Full flush of the system which resulted in untold amounts of grime and gunk being flushed out!
Day 2: Justin arrived at 7.45am & by midday the water tanks in the loft the immersion heater in the cupboard & the old boiler were removed. By 3.30pm the new combi boiler was installed along with its Hive controller and working perfectly. We cannot thank Justin enough for his sound advise & clean working practice. Water pressure 100% heating 100%

We discovered a leak in the hot water unit in our office toilet, as well as a leak from the sink’s P-trap. Justin came out promptly to assess the situation, carried out temporary repairs on the spot, and returned the next morning to install a new hot water unit and P-trap. Everything is working perfectly now.

TT Plumbing were fast, professional, and fairly priced, so I would have absolutely no issue in recommending them to friends and family.

So happy with the service we received from Justin! We had been having issues with our radiators not coming on in our lounge for a few weeks. We got Justin to service our boiler and he found the key issue that explained why the radiators were not getting hot. Justin came recommended by our son as we were in urgent need of a replacement boiler. He organised and brought a boiler within a short space of time and fitted it in a morning. Justin and his team completely transformed our downstairs bathroom, which was really damaged from damp and poor ventilation. He found the cause of the damp issue, fixed that and also ensured that the outside of our house looked presentable following the removal of cast iron guttering. Our bathroom now looks like a totally different room - we're so pleased with it.

I had a new bathroom put in by Justin and Ollie. Cannot find fault. It was finished to a high standard and was very reasonably priced. Justin is extremely reliable and always answers the phone! Would highly recommend.

I bumped into Justin outside Screwfix and happened to need a plumber to do a boiler service. He was very responsive and came round later that week, on time, as promised. He serviced our boiler and found a couple of things a previous engineer hadn’t done during a service which should have been done. So, when we had boiler issues, it was a no brainer to call Justin. We had heating but no hot water. He came over very quickly, and unfortunately for us, it was a new boiler that was needed. Justin was very helpful in making the decision of what to install and was kind enough to squeeze us in next day. Sure enough, he and Oliver turned up and successfully installed our new boiler. All done on time as promised and no surprises. He registered it same day and we were incredibly happy with him/Oliver’s work.

That aside, they were both great with our young kids which was a bonus.

Fixed the problem very quickly after we had a bad experience with another company. He was very kind, empathetic to the problems we had with the last plumber from another company. Call Justin from TT to come out and do a gas boiler service and safety check and gas appliance check. Didn’t have to wait long at all for an appointment. Very friendly fast and very efficient and very reasonably priced as well.

I used TT for a new bathroom in Hertford. The service was absolutely top notch. Really good work at a very fair price. No nasty surprises to the original quote either. I came away very happy with the work done and would absolutely use them again in a heartbeat.

Our boiler broke down on Christmas Eve morning (which was also a Saturday) so we called round several emergency local plumbers. All said they couldn't help before Christmas until we called Justin who was very helpful and offered to come round to have a look within an hour. He quickly identified that we needed a new part and then somehow managed to source the new part within an hour and fit it! We were very satisfied with Justin's work and will definitely be using him again for future plumbing work - would highly recommend!

Justin and his son Oliver come highly recommended. They sorted out a blockage for us a few months ago and we were so impressed, we recently contacted Justin about updating our heating system. They specced and have just installed a new boiler, Hive thermostat and thermostatic valves on our radiators. They are punctual, knowledgeable, friendly, straightforward, very good at explaining what they are doing, and their costs are really competitive. As a matter of urgency we required a new boiler, during the recent cold snap, to keep our baby warm and washed. Justin and his son were on hand to turn this around for us in super quick time. From original contact, to firing up the new boiler we were amazed at the speedy, and efficient turnaround.
