Yes. We provide a 24/7 emergency call-out service for urgent plumbing and heating problems. We understand how disruptive a burst pipe, major leak or heating failure can be, so we aim to respond quickly and, wherever possible, resolve the problem on our first visit.
Yes. TT Plumbing, Heating & Gas is Gas Safe registered and our qualified and experienced engineers can safely undertake a wide range of domestic gas work, including boiler installation, servicing and repairs, gas appliance work and landlord gas safety inspections.
Yes. We can trace and repair leaks throughout your plumbing system, including leaking pipes, taps, toilets, baths and showers. Even a relatively small leak can cause significant damage if ignored, so we recommend arranging a repair as soon as possible.
Yes. We deal with blockages affecting kitchens, bathrooms, toilets, waste pipes and drainage systems. We can also carry out drainage inspections and repairs, including camera inspection work where required to help identify the cause of a problem.
Yes. We provide professional boiler installation, servicing and repair services. Our engineers have extensive experience working with boilers and have received specialist in-house training from leading manufacturers including Vaillant and Ideal.
Common warning signs include unusual noises, frequent breakdowns, inconsistent heating or hot water, falling boiler pressure and unexpectedly high energy bills. An older boiler that requires repeated repairs may also be more economical to replace. We can inspect your boiler and advise you on the most appropriate option.
We generally recommend having your boiler professionally serviced once a year. Regular servicing can help identify developing problems, maintain efficiency, improve reliability and ensure the boiler continues to operate safely.
Yes. Depending on the boiler selected, we can offer extended warranties of up to 10 or 12 years on replacement boilers. We can discuss the available boiler and warranty options when providing your quotation.
Yes. We can design and install complete gas central heating systems tailored to your property and requirements. This can include a new boiler, radiators, pipework, heating controls and smart heating technology.
Yes. We can supply and install a wide range of radiators, from conventional designs through to contemporary and designer radiators. We can also advise on suitable radiator sizes and positioning to provide effective heating throughout your property.
Yes. We can install smart heating programmers and controls that allow you to manage your heating and hot water remotely using a smartphone or other compatible device. Smart controls can make managing your heating more convenient and may also help you use energy more efficiently.
Power flushing is a process used to thoroughly clean the inside of a central heating system. Over time, sludge, rust and magnetite can accumulate within radiators and pipework, reducing circulation and making your heating system less efficient. Power flushing removes these deposits to help restore performance.
Possible signs include radiators that are cold at the bottom, some radiators taking much longer to heat than others, noisy boilers or pumps, dirty water when radiators are bled and a heating system that struggles to warm your home efficiently. We can assess your system and advise whether power flushing would be beneficial.
Yes. We can inspect and test domestic gas appliances and provide the appropriate landlord gas safety certification. If we identify a problem during the inspection, we can also advise on and undertake any necessary repair work.
Yes. Our Gas Safe engineers have extensive experience in servicing, repairing and installing gas fires. Regular servicing is important to ensure your gas fire is operating safely and efficiently.
Yes. As well as undertaking individual bathroom plumbing jobs, we provide a complete bathroom installation and refurbishment service. We can take care of everything from the initial discussion and plumbing through to plastering, carpentry, electrical work and the final bathroom fit-out.
Yes. You don't have to use us for a complete bathroom refurbishment. If you are managing the project yourself or already have other tradespeople involved, we can undertake just the plumbing work, including the installation of baths, showers, basins, toilets and associated pipework.
